Fatness to Fitness Day 6




Fatness to FitnessHad a lie in this morning. That's two this week, not like me at all. I'm usually up like someone's switched me on, open my eyes and I'm up!

Tried my hardest not to do any work today, but it's hard when your office is at home and I always end up doing a little. A pretty sedentary day all in all but made sure I did my #hiit session at 2pm. Feeling determined!

Food hasn't been too bad although we were at friends for dinner (thankfully she knows how much I hate processed meals and she cooked from scratch, no jars!)

So another short one today and tomorrow will be the last daily blog and I'll keep a weekly update going for you all. Will measure and weigh myself tomorrow. Although I'm not a great advocate of doing a weekly weigh in, I'm sure you all will want to know my progress, so I will do it just for you!

Breakfast: Banana pancakes (3 eggs, 2 bananas and 1 tblsp coconut flour) cooked in 1 tsp coconut oil.

Lunch: Baked fresh tuna and rice with tomatoes and onion, mixed herbs.

Dinner: Spaghetti bolognese with gluten free pasta and parmesan cheese.

Snacks: Clementine.

Fluids: Regular water, 2 juice and 3 coffee!! :)
