I had a long lie in, yes another!! But I guess my body is still recovering from being ill and adjusting to the dramatic decrease in caffeine, so I'm listening to what it needs and giving it just that. I've done the usual housework and then relaxing with a film plus a little bit of admin work.
I've probably not eaten enough today but there's only so much you can eat after a lie in!!
Breakfast: Corn cakes and peanut butter, banana
Lunch: Protein shake and porridge
Dinner: Baked sweet potato with home made chilli, carrots, broccoli and sprouts
Snacks: 2 clementines
